Frequently Asked Questions

How much do singing lessons cost?

Coach operates on a simple ongoing membership with fortnightly direct debit payments — allowing you to train consistently without large upfront term fees. All of our lessons are weekly.

Semi-Private Group classes are $50 for 1 hour sessions (MAX 4 students per class)
Private Lessons are $65 for 30mins (limited availability)

Trial 1:1 Sessions are $40 30min

How quickly will I improve?

Most students notice increased confidence within the first few months — both in their voice and their willingness to be heard.

Vocal development is a long-term process, but consistent weekly training produces powerful, lasting growth.

More consistency = faster progress.

Is Coach Music right for beginners?

Coach is designed for singers who want to improve — not just casually try singing.

Some students are naturally talented.
Others are deeply motivated.

What matters most is a willingness to learn and commit.

What makes Coach Music different from other singing schools?

Many programs focus on songs.

We focus on developing singers.

That means structured training, consistent mentors, performance opportunities, and an environment where talent is taken seriously.

We are intentionally selective to protect that standard.

Is this a casual program?

No.

Coach is built for students ready to invest in meaningful vocal development.

Consistency is what builds confident singers — which is why ongoing training is expected.

How many students are in each group?

We keep our group sizes intentionally small (no more than 4 students per class) so every singer is known, supported, and coached properly. This focused environment allows students to receive meaningful feedback while still benefiting from the energy and motivation of singing alongside other committed performers.

What if I don’t connect with my coach?

The relationship between singer and coach matters. If it ever feels like the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll thoughtfully guide you toward another coach within our team to ensure you feel supported and continue progressing with your confidence.

Do students get performance opportunities?

Yes — and they matter!

Performance accelerates confidence faster than practice alone.

Students regularly have the opportunity to step onto the stage and apply what they’ve been developing in training.

Students often tell us this is where the biggest transformation happens.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

We require 24 hours’ notice to arrange a make-up lesson. Each student is eligible for up to three make-ups per term, ensuring illness or scheduling conflicts don’t interrupt their development.

Are you an NDIS provider?

Coach is a private singing academy and does not operate within government-funded programs.
Students with self-managed NDIS funding are welcome to enrol, provided they can participate in our standard systems and direct debit payment structure.
